Aligned to School & District Instruction as an Extension of Teachers 

Our 'Academic Blueprint and Planning Process,' starts with connecting your school/district instructional leader to our Academic Success Team (of Educators). Together we will look at current academic initiatives, benchmark data, curriculum, and online courses. It works to connect FEV Tutor's supplemental support to the core learning environment as a natural extension of classroom teachers. We can conduct this blueprint planning process remotely via Zoom Meeting, and quickly come up with a plan that offers highly connected and data-driven personalized instructional support powered by a Live 1:1 Online Tutoring.

Connecting Families: FEV Tutor's Family & Student Engagement Team

Our Family & Student Engagement (FSE) Team acts as an extension of our school & district partners to offer academic consultation, enrollment support, scheduling support, technical support and works to catalyze engagement and usage of FEV Tutor. Available 24/7 any time any place to meet each family's unique scheduling and academic needs. We also offer a 24/7 Customer Service Team who can answer questions and solve family issues real-time as a natural complement to our FSE Team. 

Progress Monitoring and Reporting

Data and Progress Monitoring is at the core of the FEV Tutor program, and we set up reporting hierarchies on the front end during the planning process, so each key stakeholder has their finger on the pulse of their students' experience and progress with FEV Tutor. We offer weekly push reporting (done via email) and 24/7 pull reporting. This includes the option for parent and family reporting as well as district and school administrators, program leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers.

Quick Starts and Ramp Up To Scale: Our Capacity and Getting Started

FEV Tutor has designed and developed our programs to scale and get up and running quickly, as we know that in K-12 education. We are also committed to ongoing research for program and product improvement and is a Level 2 ESSA Evidence-Based Intervention. In most cases some of the front-end planning and set up takes some careful thought and planning, but we have been known to launch programs within a few days when needed.
